3 to 6 days is best for customized cakes and 7 to 10 days for wedding cakes. We recommend you place your order as soon as you can in order to secure your delicious cake. Last-minute orders can be accommodated depending on our capacity. Please contact us and we will try our best to help make your cake.
Design appointments are available at our JLT office (Lakepoint Tower cluster N, shop R3B). You can setup an appointment to discuss your design with one of our Head Chefs/Master Designers who will happily guide you to achieve your creation/ design.
We can also assist you via email and have one of our Master Designers call you back to discuss details.

We recommend an anti-moisture airtight container to protect the decoration from dust and moisture and this will preserve their appearance for years to come.
Yes, you can pick up your cake from our location, Lakepoint Tower JLT Cluster N, Shop R3B. Please keep in mind that customized cakes can be heavy, delicate, and require special care while driving. If not handled properly, your cake can unfortunately get damaged.
We deliver everywhere, 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm: Dubai Free shipment, Sharjah AED 30, Ajman AED 80, Abu Dhabi AED 80 and Al Ain, RAK & Fujairah AED 120.
Most of our cakes are nut free unless specifically ordered with nuts. Our kitchen, however, is not a 100 percent nut free environment. Kindly keep that in mind for any severe allergies.
As a general rule, we recommend you keep all cakes in the fridge and some fondant cakes at cool room temperature on the day of delivery (unless otherwise specified like cream filled, fresh fruit, vegan, and eggless cakes) and a maximum of up to 2 days in the fridge after the event. You can also freeze the cake for up to one month.
