3 to 5 days is best for customized cakes and at least 3 weeks for wedding cakes. We recommend you place your order as soon as you can in order to secure your delicious cake, last-minute orders can be accommodated depending on our capacity, please contact us and we will try our best to help make your cake.
Design appointments are available at our JLT office (Lakepoint Tower cluster N, shop R3B) you can setup an appointment to discuss your design with one of our Head Chefs/Master Designers who will happily guide you to achieve your creation/ design.
We can also assist you via email or have one of our Master Designers call you back to discuss details.

We recommend an anti-moisture airtight container to protect the decoration from dust and moisture and this will preserve their appearance for years to come.
Yes, you can pick up your cake from our location, Lakepoint Tower JLT Cluster N, Shop R3B. Please keep in mind that customized cakes can be heavy, delicate and require special care while driving. If not handled properly, can unfortunately get damaged. Once the cake leaves our premises under your care, we are no longer responsible for any damages during transport or setup.
We deliver everywhere, 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm; Dubai AED 30, Sharjah AED 60, Ajman AED 60, Abu Dhabi AED 60 and Al Ain, RAK & Fujairah AED 60.
Most of our cakes are nut free unless specifically ordered with nuts. Our kitchen however is not a 100 percent nut free environment and traces might be present, kindly keep that in mind for any severe allergies.
As a general rule, all cakes should be refrigerated and taken out 30 – 40 minutes prior the celebration in a cool room, if outdoors, depending on the temperature, cakes should be displayed at the time of celebration.
We recommend you keep our cakes maximum up to 3 days in the fridge or 2 to 3 weeks in the freezer after delivery.
Yes, we can make sugar free cakes using xylitol.
Yes, we make them in chocolate, vanilla and red velvet sponges. 1-2 days’ notice is required.
We take great pride in our products and want all customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all our baked products are made from scratch using fresh ingredients by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to fix it. if we can’t rectify your order, we will consider a full/partial refund (excluding delivery) under the following circumstances:
- We sent the wrong order.
- The product was defective.
- Once you receive it, we will not consider any complaints after the delivery person leaves.
Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 days for credit cards refunds.
In case of cake/event cancellation please do let us know 48 hours in advance and a store credit will be given to be used within 3 months.
