4. Multi-Currency Pricing

Cake Social accepts Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards in AED for online payments. All transactions are governed by the terms of the relevant merchant service providers. Please review their user agreements and privacy policies before completing any transaction.
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreements regarding the subject matter hereof. Any modification of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Cake Social.
6. OFAC Sanctioned Countries
Cake Social will not trade with or provide services to individuals, entities, or organizations that are owned by, controlled by, or acting on behalf of countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or individuals designated under OFAC programs.
