Can you help me design a cake?
Absolutely! Our design team would love to create a unique custom cake tailored to your theme, colour palette, occasion, and any specific ideas you have in mind. We can customise everything from size and shape to flavours, toppers, and overall style to bring your vision to life.

I like one of the designs on your website but I would like to make some changes, is that possible?
Absolutely! We’d be happy to customize any of our existing designs to match your vision. Simply email us at info@cakesocial.ae or WhatsApp/call us on +971 52 108 0761 with your ideas, and we’ll make it happen.
How long in advance should I order my cake?
For customised cakes, we recommend placing your order 5–7 days in advance. For wedding cakes, a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is ideal.
To secure your booking, it’s always best to order as early as possible. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders depending on our schedule and capacity, feel free to contact us, and we’ll try our very best to make your cake happen.
Can I make a design appointment?
Yes, design appointments are available at our JLT studio located in Lakepoint Tower, Cluster N, Shop R3B. You can book a session to discuss your ideas with one of our Design Consultants, who will happily guide you in creating your perfect cake.
If an in-person visit isn’t convenient, we can also assist you via email or arrange for one of our Design Consultants to call you to go over the details.
Can a multi-tiered cake have different flavors?
Sure, you can have a different flavor in each tier.
Can I pick up my cake?
Yes, you can pick up your cake from our studio at Lakepoint Tower, JLT Cluster N, Shop R3B.
Please note that customised cakes can be heavy, delicate, and require careful handling during transport. If not handled properly, they may get damaged.
Once the cake leaves our premises and is under your care, Cake Social cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or setup.
How do I place an order?

To help us assist you quickly, please share your event date, number of servings, budget, and any reference pictures or ideas you have in mind.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all areas, 7 days a week. In Dubai, our delivery time slots run from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Deliveries to all other emirates are scheduled between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with no guaranteed exact timing.

Are your cakes nut free?
Most of our cakes are made without nuts unless specifically requested as part of the flavour or design. However, please note that our kitchen is not a 100% nut-free environment, and trace amounts of nuts may be present.
If you or your guests have allergies, kindly inform us at the time of ordering so we can guide you. We also recommend that you warn your guests, especially anyone with severe nut allergies, before serving the cake.

How long does a cake stay fresh and should I refrigerate my cake?
As a general rule, all cakes should be refrigerated to maintain freshness. We recommend taking the cake out 45–60 minutes before your celebration and keeping it in a cool room to allow it to soften and reach the ideal serving temperature.
For outdoor events, especially in warm weather, cakes should only be displayed at the time of the celebration to prevent melting or damage.
Do you make sugar free cakes?
Yes, we offer sugar-free cakes made with xylitol and other natural sweeteners. If you have specific dietary preferences or requirements, just let us know and we’ll be happy to guide you on the best options.
Are the food colors used in your cakes safe for children?
Yes. We use food-grade colors that are widely used in the industry and approved by Dubai Municipality. These colors are safe for consumption, including for children.
Please note that darker colors such as deep reds, blues, and blacks may temporarily stain hands, mouths, or teeth, which is normal with highly pigmented food coloring. If you prefer lighter shades or minimal coloring, just let us know and we can adjust the design accordingly.
Do you make Vegan, Eggless and Gluten free cakes?
Yes, we do vegan and eggless in chocolate and red velvet. Gluten free can be done in vanilla chocolate and red velvet. 1-2 days’ notice is required.
What is your Refund Policy?
We take great pride in our products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. All our baked goods are made from scratch using fresh ingredients by real people, so on rare occasions, mishaps can occur. If an issue is caused from our side, we will do everything we can to fix it. If we cannot rectify your order in time, we will consider a full or partial refund (excluding delivery) under the following circumstances:
- We sent the wrong order
- The product was defective
Once your order is received and accepted, we are unable to consider any complaints after the delivery person has left.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow 7–10 days for credit card refunds to reflect.
For cake or event cancellations, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. In such cases, a store credit will be issued, valid for 3 months.
